Exceptional impressionist oil painting by well listed artist Gary Grist (born 1939). Grist studied at the University of Oklahoma, Maryland Institute of Art, and the American Academy in Paris. He designed sets for stage productions and in the 1960s NBC hired him as a creative consultant. His work is in collections worldwide.This absolutely masterful painting features an exquisite palette that is harmonious and exudes light. Signed and dated '89. Displayed in carved giltwood frame.
