Why We Love This

The Great Shark Hunt: Gonzo Papers, Vol. I by Hunter S. Thompson. New York: Summit Books, 1979. First printing. An excellent copy of the classic collection of anti-establishment rants, from a writer at the top of his game, before the bats got to him. Thompson rages against everything from police brutality to Tricky Dicky, in a unique style that was more honest than most at the time. Now almost impossible to find in the first printing, but still required reading. Owner name. Hardcover.
