As described by McNaught Fine Art

A period watercolor landscape with a view of horses grazing in a fenced pasture beside a red barn. Signed lower right "Lee Blair" for Lee Everett Blair (American, 1911-1993), a listed California artist and dated 1989. A prominent California water-colorist, Blair won a gold medal for Art at the 1932 Olympics. He served as President of the California Watercolor Society and was the recipient of numerous prizes and juried awards. Unframed.
