As described by Coppermill Kitchen

This copper rectangular shaped "Bain Marie" pan has drop ring handles on each end and dovetailed seams along each corner and underside. Impressed to the underside with the orb and cross trademark for the manufacturer "Benham and Froud, of London and Birmingham" which was used from 1855-1924. The mark symbolized their work on the cross atop the dome of St Paul's Cathedral. With an exceptionally extra thick rolled rim, this pan is handcrafted from a heavy gauge copper.
