Why We Love This

Pair of large Alvin J. Tuck candleholders. A.J. Tuck was the manager of Tiffany Studios' Corona, NY foundry at the end of the 19th century. That factory produced bases for Tiffany lamps as well as other metal items, such as desk sets. Around 1914, he established the A.J. Tuck Co. and started making his own lamps in Flushing, NY.
