Why We Love This

Two hand-painted blue opaque ironstone plates, dated from 1945 through '52, from Occupied Japan. Produced by N.K. Porcelain Co., also known as Nikko, the pattern is Real Old Willow with gilt. Maker's marks on undersides of each plate. Dimensions: large, 10"Dia x 1"H; small, 7.25"Dia x .75"H.
