Why We Love This

America on Stone: The Other Printmakers of the American People by Harry T Peters. Doubleday, Doran Co, New York, 1931. 415 pp. First Edition, numbered 159 of 751. Colored frontispiece, 17 colored and 136 uncolored plates, illustrations (some mounted). Standard work on American lithography with a wealth of information. The alphabetical list of lithographers is tremendously helpful in documenting prints. Paper cover has edge wear and several small tears.
