As described by Lost Art Salon

Still life with a military and war-era theme including boots, helmet and weapons by the Japaneses-American artist Frank Emoto. Emoto studied at the Chicago Art Institute. In 1942, he lived at the the Poston Internment Camp in Yuma, AZ and produced artwork there. Unframed, circa 1950, signed on verso.
