Hardcover with dust jacket. By his wife, this book is a tribute to Robinson, the Impressionist art collector and Robinson the painter. Although known as an actor, art was his love. The last two photos are the works of Robinson himself, self-portraits.
About the Seller
Julie Goldman has been collecting books all her life. As a child, she spent many days haunting the used book stores on 4th Avenue in NYC with her father. Most collectors become booksellers out of necessity, and Goldman began selling about 15 years ago. The library lions are the pair of stone lions who guard the New York Public Library.
