Set of nine pearlware plates and a low footed compote with double handle. Hand-painted decoration in sinuous motifs. Remarkable condition. Date of manufacture between 1840 and 1868. Marked "Pearl" and "3207" on undersides (some rubbed). Dimensions: compote, 12.75"L x 9.25"W x 2.5"H; plates, 9.25"Dia.
