As described by Parke Interiors

Rectangular bronze table with marble insert, cast from an original which is in The National Museum of Naples, by Sabatino De Angelis in the late-19th century. Purchased from a de-acquisition sale in the 1970s from The Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh, PA. Andrew Carnegie commissioned these items in 1896. The legs can be spread apart to raise or lower the top. The frame of the top has inlaid rosettes in the front.
