As described by Coppermill Kitchen

English saucepan features iron tubular handle and flange held with two copper rivets.The lid has a wide copper strap handle impressed with the number "4" for its size and held with two copper rivets, hand-cut dovetailed seams up the rear and around the underside. Bottom stamped "A" for the maker established in London in 1871.The "CSL" represents "Cooperative Society Ltd" until 1934. Circa 1850.
