As described by
In and Out of the Garden by Sara Midda. New York: Workman Publishing, 1981. Unpaginated (abut 120 pages), with every page being a medley of the English author's information about gardens, her stories, lists and observations, and her exquisite drawings and watercolors, all in color. A unique book, a delight, and a fine copy in boards and price-clipped dust jacket.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
