Hardy Boys Mysteries by Frank Dixon. New York: Grosset Dunlap, 1957, 1959, 1964. All later edition pictorial hardcovers without dust jackets. House on the Cliff, Ghost at Skeleton Rock, and Shore Road Mystery. The Hardy Boys were fictional characters were created by Edward Stratemeyer, (Stratemeyer Syndicate), a book-packaging firm, and the books have been written by many different ghostwriters and are published under the collective pseudonym Franklin W. Dixon.
