As described by Billy Blue Eye

Formed in 1872 near Zanesville, Ohio, Sam Weller had a dream to build "the largest pottery in the world" and achieved that goal in 1906. This 6.75"H vase and pitcher come from the 1934-39 line "Roba." The background features draped fabric that falls to form the base of the vase. The pitcher has a miniscule glaze flake on the back side. (See photo.) The handles are painted to look like twig branches. The vase is bottom incised "Weller" in script and with the mold number "R - 5."
