As described by Coppermill Kitchen

A exceptional preserve that features extra thick pink brass handles with detailed hand-cut flanges. Each held with four very large copper rivets. One handle has the number "15" impressed into the brass to indicate size. Thick rolled rim and dovetailed seams go around the entire perimeter of the pan. These seams were considered an expensive and highly skilled method in the 19th century. Made around 1880.
