As described by Le Trianon Gallery

A fantastic and colorful landscape of rolling hills inspired by Birger Sandzen (American-Swedish, 1871-1954). The artist used heavy and layered painted brush strokes reminiscent of Sandzen's works. Unsigned. Displayed in an early-20th-century American giltwood frame.
