Bold and dynamic use of line characterizes this stark lithograph of a male figure wiping his brow with a handkerchief. Print numbered 170/270. Signed "Joseph Hirsch" lower right. A listed American artist, Hirsch was an artist and illustrator who tended toward social realism, in addition to being a pictorial war correspondent during World War II. Unframed, displayed in black mat. Image, 13.5"L x 20"H.
