His second novel and fourth book. The story of three endearing misfits, an orphaned boy and two whimsical old ladies, who take up residence in a tree house. Set in a small Southern town in the 1930s. Fine book in a near fine, clipped dust jacket with slight wear to corners. A beautiful copy.
