As described by Trowbridge

The 17th century in Holland was a golden age of gardening and botanical illustration. Abraham Munting illustrated the plants within "Groningen's Paradise,” a garden owned by the Academy of Groningen. The print is presented in a handmade gesso and Florentine silver gilded frame made in the 17th-century Italian tradition. The antique-style conservation board matte is acid free to Fine Art Trade Guild standard. A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies this print.
