More than 500 Recipes from John F. Kennedy's White House chef, Rene Verdon. Includes eight color photos of the elegant dishes. This is a presumed first edition. Doubleday and Company, 1968. Text is in very good condition with no marks, notes, or stains. Jacket has some wear and small tears along edges and a small stain on back. Jacket under cover is very good. Jacket is not price-clipped; no evidence of book club stamp. One of those vintage cookbooks likely to grow in value.
