As described by Wells Antiques

Vintage tea tile from Lamosa Ladrillera of Monterrey, Mexico, circa 1940. Depicts a man with his donkey. There are six glossy glaze colors in the scene, and the edge is glazed in black. There is a slot on the back of the tile to insert wire for hanging; use as a trivet on the tabletop or put on display in a tile stand.
