Why We Love This

Unframed pochoir print of a woman by Hilla von Rebay, signed "Rebay" in the plate in the lower left. Printed in France at Atelier Moly-Sabata. Hilla von Rebay (1889-1967) is perhaps best known as Solomon R. Guggenheim's confidante and art advisor and the person who commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright to design the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Von Rebay was also an artist in her own right, working principally on non-objective paintings and collage.
