As described by Antiques Off Fair Oaks

Unusual French porcelain fluted shell-shaped dish hand-painted by Richard Ginori with a center coat of arms. The armorial in the center is flanked by raised flowers. Trimmed in gold with groups of flowers around the border. Marked "Porcelaine De Paris France" on the bottom and bears the inscription in French "Decorated by Hand for V. Henry by Richard Ginori." This French piece was painted by the Italian founder of Richard Ginori Porcelain. Stand not included.
