A limited edition of The Big Rock Candy Mountain published by the Franklin Library in 1978, signed by Wallace Stegner, his major novel. All edges gilt, bound in ribbon marker. Originally published in 1943. Fine copy. Recapitulation, a first edition bound in leather by the Franklin Library in 1979. Bruce Mason, first seen as a youth embittered by the events of Big Rock Candy Mountain, returns to Salt Lake 45 years later. Fine copy. Only the former book is signed.
