    Print of a cormorant by Benjamin Waterhouse Hawkins, 1831. Subtext reads "Crabo Javannica (Horsf) Javan Cormorant." Printed by Englemann Co. Godefroy Engelmann is credited with bringing lithography to France and later commercializing chromolithography as a printing process with consistent high-quality results.
