About Metro Retro Furniture

Metro Retro Furniture was created quite by accident. Fifteen years ago, Joe Marcinkowski and his wife Laura lost their possessions when their Houston-area condominium burned down. Once they found a new home, they decided to refurbish in the Bauhaus style—then just kept collecting. Today their 7,000-square-foot store/warehouse stocks vintage midcentury pieces by Herman Miller, Knoll, and several internationally recognized designers.
