Why We Love This

Set of two books (both 1st Ed., hardcover with dust jacket) on Gloria Grahame, the great anti-heroine of Film Noir whose personal life reflected the roles she played (during her marriage to the director Nicholas Ray, she had an affair with his teenage son, whom she later married). Suicide Blonde, The Life of Gloria Grahame. 1989 by Vincent Curcio. Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool, 1987. A personal memoir about Graham's last days, which were improbably spent in Liverpool.
