As described by Billy Blue Eye

This indigenous aboriginal Australian bowl is hand-painted and signed by the artist M. Woodley. The vibrant red base is a reminder of the red clay of the Outback. The tribal symbols include a fish for sustenance and the splatter of white dots, perhaps the night sky filled with stars, and finally the sun of the hot Australian days. A treasure from the land "Down Under."
