As described by David Friedman Antiques

An antique English sterling silver fish server made during the reign of George IV. Has openwork with scroll design on blade and is hallmarked English sterling silver by the Lion Passant mark. Maker’s mark is for William Chawner, London. Date letter “m” for 1827.
