As described by Metropolis Modern

A hard-paste porcelain charger by legendary maker Meissen. Made in Germany, circa 1815. Features grape arbor design with 14-karat gold gilded trim. Signed on the underside with Meissen's signature crossed swords mark of 1815 and the importer's sticker.
