Why We Love This

The Best Of Times by Ludwig Bemelmans published by Simon and Schuster, New York, 1948. Hardcover binding with 50 color and 110 black and white illustrations by the author in this first edition of 188 pages, plus a short bio about the author. Some shelf wear on the cover, the leading edges and upper/lower spine margins have slight damage not affecting the integrity of the binding. Pages in good condition. No dust jacket.
