Masterfully executed pen and ink drawings of the buildings of NY's Upper West Side. Accurate, yet artistically done. Dust jacket shows considerable toning at spine and edges with edgewear, two small closed tears that have been taped. Book's corners slightly bumped. Pages are excellent.
About the Seller
Julie Goldman has been collecting books all her life. As a child, she spent many days haunting the used book stores on 4th Avenue in NYC with her father. Most collectors become booksellers out of necessity, and Goldman began selling about 15 years ago. The library lions are the pair of stone lions who guard the New York Public Library.
