Silverplate teapot in lovely Japonesque style by Pairpoint Manufacturing Co., made in the 1880s. Lovely Japonesque style engraving on the substantial quadruple plating. Fully functional, comprising three pieces: the pot, the stand, and the burner. Maker's mark on the underside of the pot and stand, both of which have an inside stop to keep the pot level. Teapot alone, 13"H x 7"Dia.
