Many photographs from that era and chapters on how Paris dines, the Champs-Elysees, Montmartre, the theatre, the bars and nightclubs. About fine in pictorial blue cloth stamped red, white, and gilt.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
