As described by Christopher de Lotbinière's Rare Books

The Reivers by William Faulkner. New York: Random House, 1962. Stated first printing. A lovely copy of Faulkner's last book, a comic classic about Lucius Priest, who borrowed his grandfather's car with friends Boon Hogganbeck and Ned William McCaslin, and drove from Jefferson, Mississippi to Memphis, in search of adventure. Slight fading on jacket spine. Hardcover.
