Les Bases de la Charcuterie by A. Delplanque and S. Cloteaux. Paris: Editions Jacques Lanore, 1982. First Edition, later printing. Hardcover with no dust jacket. Beautiful color diagrams in center of book with pictorial boards. Book is in good + condition. Clear tape on spine and light soiling from use. Small "LaVarrene book de cuisine" stamps on interior of both covers. Extremely rare book about charcuterie. Text in French.
