As described by
Four Tenths of an Acre - Reflections on A Gardening Life by Laurie Lisle. New York: Random House, 2005. First Edition. Hardcover. 219 pages. Lisle gardens in a small town in Connecticut, but her writing ranges much farther afield. A lovely read, very New England in feeling. New in boards and a dust jacket. This copy is signed by Laurie Lisle on the half-title page.
About the Seller
My bookstore, an old wooden building at the edge of a New England trout stream, houses thousands of used, rare and antiquarian books, with particular emphasis on Home and Garden subjects -- food and drink, gardening, interior design and architecture. I also carry titles on fashion, children's books and literature. Books really do furnish a room, beautifully!
