Why We Love This

Gorgeous late-19th-century silverplate tilting ice-cold water pitcher on a stand. Aesthetic design featuring creatures including butterflies, spiders, snails, moths, grasshoppers, and newts, and Japanese fans. Incredible attention to detail. Ceramic liner and swinging metal valve for filtering. Maker's mark on the bottom of pitcher reads "Derby Silver Co Derby, CT Quadruple Plate" with the Derby crown and anchor logo and the number "02003." The frame has "70" on the base.

About re:HOME

Born out of a passion for design, the name re:HOME is a double entendre. Obviously, it means “regarding” the home, but it also refers to the approach that modern design should focus on the ideals of reuse, recycle, and repurpose. re:HOME offers a carefully curated selection of vintage and antique finds to satisfy your penchant for unique design elements.
