As described by
The Hawaiians by Robert B. Goodman, Gavan Daws and Ed Sheehan. Hawaii: Island Heritage Limited, 1970. First Edition. 286 pages. Hardcover with dust jacket. Interesting text and spectacular photos of the land, people and atmosphere of Hawaii in the late '60s, early '70s. Only flaw is the rectangle of foxing on half title page, apparently caused by something stored there. It has spread minimally to several introductory pages.
