Lorelei Rattan Armchair, Honey

Care, Features & Customer Questions

Because the frame is natural mahogany and woven rattan and the upholstery is cotton, it's best placed on a covered or partially sheltered patio or under a pergola — exposure to heavy rain or constant sun will accelerate fading and wear, while a sheltered spot preserves its tropical look.

Lightly vacuum or brush the weave to remove debris, spot-clean the cotton with a mild soap and cool water and blot dry, and wipe rattan and mahogany with a damp cloth then dry immediately; periodic application of a wood conditioner will help maintain the honey finish and prolong the chair's beauty.

The solid mahogany frame combined with tight rattan weaving provides stable, supportive seating designed for regular use, so it performs reliably as a primary outdoor lounge or conversational chair.

At 23" wide and 22.5" deep it's compact enough for narrow decks and balconies yet substantial as an accent; allow roughly 6–12" clearance around it for comfortable movement and pair two chairs easily with a 24–30" bistro table or a 36–48" side table.

The warm beige upholstery and honey-toned frame play beautifully with natural linens, jute rugs, teak tables and deep blues or emerald greens, creating a refined, resort-like outdoor vignette when accented with brass or woven accessories.
