Oil on board by Theodor Pelmus. Pelmus was a Romanian artist active in the 1950s. He attended art schools in France and Belgium before moving to Holland. Here he a director of a Hilversum museum of art. He gained notoriety for his still life subject with rural tones. Displayed in the original frame. Signed on the back of the frame.
