Colored pencil and graphite on paper Central Park scene by Bronx, New York artist Saul Lishinsky (b.1922). After serving in WWII, Lishinsky studied with Hans Hoffman in Provincetown during the Summers of 1946-48, and attended the Art Students League in New York City. Lishinsky had his first show at the 44th St. Gallery in 1946. He would later have eight solo exhibitions throughout the 1960s. Unframed. Shipped with standard-size archival mat. Estate stamped with artist's signature on mat.
