Oil on canvas painting of St. Aubin by Eugene Demester (French b. 1914). Demester is the son of the Charles Lefevre. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts and won the Silver Medal at the Salon des Artistes Francais. He won the Prix Rosset twice at the Salon d'Hiver. Furthermore, he captured two awards at the Salon d'Asniers in 1952 and 1956. Signed lower left.
