Why we love this
This oil painting by Italian artist Ricardo Magni is dated to pre-1950. The full title, "Still Life of Ballantine Ale Beer," is an excellent descriptor of the image. Said beer, poured in a cone-shaped cup, sits just in front of the green bottle on an aged wooden table. A few browning leaves lie around nearby.Size reflects measurements of work in frame. Image size is 14 x 10 in. Frame is stepped black wood; interior lined with gold.
