Why we love this
Work by Adam Baltatu. Baltatu was a Romanian artist born in 1899. He moved to Paris at an early age. He attended the Julian Academie where he immediately distinguished himself as a major talent. He is one of the few artists French or not to have a personal retrospective at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. This work on on board is signed lower left. Highly indicative of Baltatu's impressionist work.
