Watercolor cityscape showing a view of a horse-drawn carriage in the French Quarter of New Orleans loosely rendered in washes of azure and ultramarine. Signed lower right "Tom Lane" (American, 1916-1991), titled "New Orleans," and dated 1967. Lane spent 30 years painting scenes of New Orleans and his work is held in private collections in America and Europe. Unframed. Minor age toning.
