Black & Gilt Carved Chinese Armoire
This fine antique asian armoire is decorated with gilt painted and open carved panels. The decorative panels are carved with scrolls, censers and precious scholar motifs in the center, the top and bottom of the panels have an exquisite "qian gjin" engraved in gold lacquer. It features four bi-folding doors that are removable and is raised on straight square legs and a carved sprandrel stretcher. This armoire opens to reveal two shelves, four drawers and ample storage.
